In addition, based on the new historical look-back data available for 2023, the illustrated rates for Allianz Life Pro+® Advantage Fixed Index Universal life Insurance Policy have been updated, resulting in a new AG 49A required maximum illustrated rate of 7.42%. Please refer to the illustration software for the maximum illustrated rate for each specific allocation option.
New maximum rates will be effective and updated in the illustration software system Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
Note the following new business rules:
- Applications placed inforce with an effective date of Monday, February 5, 2024 or earlier will receive the current/old rate.
- Applications placed inforce with an effective date of Tuesday, February 6, 2024 or later will receive the new rate.
- New business product illustrations will be updated and available February 6, 2024.
